I did not think I would enjoy this tin as much as I did. The preserved lemon is blended in so well that it threads its way into the overall flavor seamlessly and really compliments the natural essence of the sardines.

Tossed into Fusilli with a whole squeezed lemon, a touch of olive oil and Italian seasoning. Left in the fridge overnight. Sprinkled some Parmesan cheese the next day for a cool refreshing lunch with a cooled Sauvignon Blanc. FUGGETABOUTITT..!!!

This was my first time ever eating sardines and it was phenomenal and fresh. I was worried it would smell unappetizing but it was such a pleasant experience all around!
