Ingredients
- • Two (3.5 ounce) tins Fishwife Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna
- • 2 anchovy fillets
- • 1 tablespoon salt-packed capers, rinsed
- • ⅓ cup prepared mayonnaise
- • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- • Hot sauce, to taste
- • Freshly ground black pepper
- • Radicchio, cleaned and quartered
- • Celery stalks, cleaned and cut into 3-inch stalks
- • Radishes, cleaned and halved
- • Cucumbers, cleaned and sliced into ¼-inch slices
