Smoked Salmon Udon Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 udon block
  • fermented kimchi
  • chopped cilantro
  • sliced scallions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a heaping spoonful of butter
  • reserved sweet and spicy Zhong sauce from tin
  • 1 tin of Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong
  • a drizzle of dark soy
  • a pinch of sugar
  • sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Boil udon noodles as stated on package instructions.
  2. In the meantime, sauté chopped garlic in a heaping spoonful of butter. Add reserved tin oil, a drizzle of dark soy, and a pinch of sugar.
  3. Toss the noddles in the sauce until noodles are perfectly coated.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with Fishwife Smoked Salmon with Sweet and Spicy Zhong, sesame seeds, kimchi, scallions, and cilantro.
